Tim got his start leading workshops in the California prison system. Through his not-for-profit program, Living at the Peak, Tim taught soon-to-be-paroled inmates in the California Youth Authority life skills needed to succeed on the outside.
Prior to becoming a business strategist, Tim operated his own successful litigation practice for over a decade. He is a graduate of Georgetown Law School.
Tim is also the author of Leading Like a Champion: Leadership Lessons Learned Growing Up in a Big Irish Catholic Family. (He is the seventh of nine children and has 29 nieces and nephews!)
Tim lives in Southern California with his wife, Patricia, and their three children, Caitlin, Timmy, and McLean.
