You’ll participate in structured coaching sessions with four other peers (i.e., A pod of five professionals) from either the same company or industry where you receive guidance, feedback, and real-world application support. The format includes two 60-minute groups coaching calls per month and one, one-on-one 30-minute coaching session.
Yes — you’ll receive direct input during group and one-on-one coaching sessions along with insights from both coaches and peers.
Most participants dedicate a few hours per week to training, coaching sessions, and implementation.
