Tim O'Brien
Tim is an entrepreneur, lawyer, author, and business development coach who has spent two decades helping professionals stop blending in and start standing out. His work sits at the intersection of personal branding, strategic positioning, and the kind of direct, honest coaching that moves people past their comfort zones.
His approach was forged in an unlikely place: the California prison system. Through his nonprofit program, Living at the Peak, Tim taught life skills to soon-to-be-paroled inmates — young people who needed to learn how to build a reputation from nothing. That experience shaped everything that followed: the belief that how people see you determines what doors open for you, and that anyone can learn to control that perception.
Tim went on to operate a successful litigation practice for over a decade before pivoting fully into coaching and consulting. Today, through his programs and his book The Power of Personal Branding, he has taken his message to more than 30 countries — from Singapore to Romania to boardrooms across the United States.
